Typical range is $1,500 – $6,000 per month, with the average between $2,000 – $3,000.
The price is flexible and depends on the volume of work carried out by IEFS. For instance, the cost may be reduced if IEFS provides coaching while the business owner and staff undertake all the tasks.
Discounts may apply if owners contract Islands East Advisors for personal financial planning, investment management, or employee retirement plan management.

A Limited Scope Advisory Service for Owner-Operated & Early Stage Businesses Not Yet Ready for Full Fractional CFO Support
Price: $500/month with minimum 6 month agreement
Service includes:
- Monthly 1-hour meeting to review financial results, trends, priorities and goals
- Plain-language interpretation of existing financials (no bookkeeping or cleanup)
- Practical recommendations to help owners focus attention where it will have the greatest impact
- 2-3 hours per month of analysis prior to the monthly meeting
- Limited Scope defined as analysis, recommendations, and monthly meeting. All follow through on recommended actions are the responsibility of the business owner and their team.
